Our Beliefs

We believe in one God, who manifests Himself in three persons; Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We believe in God the Father, the Creator of all things, both visible and invisible.

We believe in Jesus Christ, the second person of the Trinity, identified as the Son of God the Father.  We believe He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, was born of a virgin, and was fully human and fully divine.  We believe He died on the cross for our sins, was buried and rose again, ascended into heaven and will return to earth to judge the living and the dead.

We believe in the Holy Spirit, the third person of the Trinity.  We believe He indwells everyone who is saved through faith, and empowers Christians for works of service and enables us to live godly lives.

We believe the Bible is the word of God, without error in its original form and inspired by the Holy Spirit.

We believe that all are born into sin and therefore are lost and without hope apart from the finished work of Jesus Christ.

We believe that forgiveness of sins can only be obtained by repentance and acceptance of Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, who died for those sins.

We believe that all believers are commanded to be baptized in order to publicly proclaim their new life in Christ and to identify with His death, burial, and resurrection as the first-born among the dead.

We believe that the church is the body and bride of Christ, and is called to proclaim His Gospel and to make fully devoted followers of Him.

We believe that believers are commanded to regularly observe the sacrament of communion in remembrance of the price that was paid by Jesus for the sins of men.

We believe that death seals the eternal destiny of each person; the saved to eternal life spent with God, the unsaved to eternal separation from God.
